  • OLG's My PlayBreak keeps a person out of Ontario casinos for a 3- or 6-month term, or one of 1 to 5 years. Enrolment: the OLG Support Centre on 1-800-387-0098, venue staff in person, or any PlaySmart Centre; terms cannot be cut short.
  • BetGuard (betguard.ca), managed by iGaming Ontario from May 14, 2026, bars a person from all regulated sites in Ontario, OLG.ca included. Terms run 5 years, 1 year or 6 months, or a custom length; land-based casinos are not covered.
  • The legal age for casinos and online gambling in Ontario is 19.
